Malcolm Fraser  — An American philanthropist and businessman. Joining his brother, Carlyle Fraser, he was one of the early founders of the Genuine Parts Company in 1928. In 1947, he founded and endowed the Stuttering Foundation, giving it most of its $30 million dollar endowment.
